Methodology: healthcare savings assume engaged-employee cost reductions of 1.5% (low) / 3% (typical) / 5% (high). Absenteeism reclaims 1.5–5 sick days per engaged employee per year at the calculated hourly rate. Productivity recapture is 1–3.5% of salary for engaged employees. Benchmarks drawn from Baicker et al., Health Affairs (2010); RAND wellness program review; and Mercer 2024 health-benefit survey. Actual results vary; this is a planning tool, not a guarantee.
